Liverpool crush Manchester City 3-0

Jurgen Klopp's side came out on top when they faced Manchester City in the Quarterfinal match of UEFA Champions League and got 3-0 lead. Liverpool were confident that they would win this leg against the Premier League leaders at Anfield.

Mohammed Salah scored an early goal for Liverpool in the 12th minute but faced an injury later in the game. He has scored 38 goals for Liverpool this season. Liverpool's attack was astonishing and Manchester City couldn't tackle their attack and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain once again astonished Pep Guardiola's side again with a long ranging shot which Moraes failed to stop it in the 20th minute. Though having majority of the possession, Manchester City were again left stranded when Mane converted the assist from Salah into a goal in the 31st minute.

Salah's injury can cost the Reds when they face City again in an away leg on next Tuesday. Pep Guardiola is also missing Aguero in his squad because of an ankle injury.

Griezmann snatches a point for Atletico in the Madrid Clasico
